BMP Carpfisheries agree to provide your exclusive fishing holiday from noon Saturday, until the following Saturday morning, where vacation of the swim will need to take place by 10.00am prompt.
Reservation of Holiday: – Your holiday will be reserved for you, your group upon receipt of completed Booking Form. This will be confirmed by us in the form of an invoice acknowledgment.
Payment – Deposit: – Your holiday is reserved upon receipt of £70.00 deposit per angler and full payment is required not less than eight weeks before the start of your holiday.
For bookings less than eight weeks before the start of your holiday, full payment is required, payable to Pascal MALBLANC, at 11 Parnell Close, Colchester, Essex, CO2 8PF, outlining names, addresses of all Anglers. The deposit is accepted as part payment towards the cost of your stay.

Price: £250 per week per angler or £1300 per week for exclusive bookings Max: 10 anglers”

Payment/Balance: – The balance of the costs of your stay must be paid as specified in your receipt. If the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, and apply a cancellation charge as though there had been a cancellation.

The price of your stay is fully guaranteed.

Cancellation of your confirmed booking can only be accepted in writing, and the following cancellation charges will apply:

Cancellation 8 weeks or more before travel date, deposit only forfeited.
Cancellation 4-8 weeks before travel date 50% of holiday cost forfeited.
Cancellation if less than 4 weeks before travel date: full cost of holiday forfeited

All passport, visa and health certificate requirements are your responsibility and we accept no liability for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in your documents.

2) We reserve the right to immediately terminate the services we are contractually obliged to provide to you if we, our employees or agents or any other appropriate person in authority in any place or on any vehicle or craft judge your behaviour to be likely to cause discomfort or harm to our other clients or any other person or property. If because of such behaviour you are prevented from traveling, our contractual obligations under these conditions will terminate immediately. In either case any appropriate termination charge will apply and we will not be liable to you for any refund or compensation or any costs or damage which you may incur.

Force majeure: We will not be liable for any loss or delay occasioned by any of the following:

Strikes, Riots, Political Unrest, Hostilities, War or Threat of War, Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical/Weather problems to transport, Closure of Ports, Weather Conditions or any other event(s) beyond our control.

It is the responsibility of the Clients to have an appropriate Travel/Holiday insurance in force for the period of their stay.

An E111 is also recommended in case of any emergency treatments.

Whenever possible, any changes to the booking requested after the written confirmation is sent to you, will be accommodated. No changes can be made after you depart the UK. Dependent upon the nature of the change(s) additional charges may be incurred.

These terms and conditions are subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Complaints procedure(s): If you consider you have cause for complaint whilst in Europe, the complaint must be notified in the first instance to our fishery manager. Any subsequent complaint must be received by BMP Carpfisheries in writing no later than seven days after your return to the United Kingdom
